My mission
I believe everyone deserves a safe space to be heard, understood, and encouraged. For me the most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between us. Whilst building trust together, we can look at where you are at in your life at the moment and where you would like to be. I will see you as a whole person, rather than the issues you bring and hope to empower you to make positive changes in your life at your own pace.
My approach
Each client is unique, so I draw on different theories to use a tailor made approach in my work with you. I see being an integrative practitioner as being bilingual, being able to understand you in many different ways.
About me
I have extensive experience of working with young people and adults who experience difficult aspects of life such as anxiety, phobias, bereavement, low self esteem, loss and depression, relationship issues, trauma and PTSD.
