Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially if it’s your first time. You may not know exactly what to expect or how to explain what’s going on—and that’s okay. I offer a warm, welcoming space where you can begin at your own pace.
I work integratively, drawing from person-centred, psychodynamic, transactional analysis, and EMDR approaches. This means our work is tailored to you and your individual needs.
You might be experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, or relationship difficulties. Or you may be living with deeper or longer-standing challenges, such as trauma or patterns that feel hard to change. Whatever brings you, we can gently explore it together.
My role is to listen without judgement and support you in making sense of your experiences. Together, we can work towards greater clarity, understanding, and a way forward that feels right for you.
