Therapy is a collaborative process that moves at your pace, helping you build clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of well-being. For me the most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between us. Whilst building trust together, we can look at where you are at in your life at the moment and where you would like to be. I will see you as a whole person, rather than the issues you bring and hope to empower you to make positive changes in your life when you feel ready to.
